An order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of that order. Acceptance occurs only once your order has been processed and dispatched.

All delivery dates, shipping estimates, expected arrival windows, and transit timeframes displayed on our website, during checkout, in marketing material, or provided by customer support are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates. While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly and work with reputable courier providers, shipping times may vary considerably due to factors beyond our reasonable control. These factors include, but are not limited to, weather conditions, courier delays, transport disruptions, public holidays, customs processing, regional delivery schedules, remote delivery locations, high shipping volumes, industrial action, mechanical failures, natural disasters, system outages, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or any other unforeseen circumstance.

By placing an order with LureLabs, you acknowledge and agree that delivery estimates are provided solely as a guide and that delays do not automatically constitute a breach of these Terms. A parcel arriving later than originally estimated does not entitle the customer to cancel an order, reverse payment, request compensation, or obtain a refund solely because the estimated delivery timeframe was exceeded. In the overwhelming majority of circumstances, delayed parcels continue moving through the courier network and are ultimately delivered to the customer. Unless a shipment has been officially declared lost by the shipping carrier or cannot reasonably be delivered, customers acknowledge that their order is expected to arrive, even if delivery takes longer than anticipated. We appreciate your patience should delays occur and will assist with reasonable tracking enquiries wherever possible.

Risk associated with the goods passes to the customer once the products have been handed to the relevant shipping carrier for delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including delivery addresses, contact details, and any special delivery instructions, are accurate and complete at the time of purchase. LureLabs accepts no responsibility for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Due to the nature of fishing products, customers are encouraged to inspect all items promptly upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from the product ordered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, wherever practicable, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the order. Customers may be asked to provide photographs, order details, packaging information, or any other reasonable evidence to assist in assessing the claim.

LureLabs does not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, incorrect product selection, accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with colour variations resulting from photography or screen settings, delayed shipping, or any other circumstance that does not involve a product being damaged, faulty, or otherwise failing to meet the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product is confirmed to be damaged on arrival, contains a manufacturing defect, or fails to comply with applicable consumer guarantees, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this remedy may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy considered appropriate. Nothing contained within these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

Fishing lures frequently contain extremely sharp hooks, wire components, split rings, metal hardware, weighted materials, and other parts capable of causing injury if handled carelessly. Customers accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, transportation, modification, and use of all products purchased from LureLabs. Products should always be kept out of reach of children and should only be used for their intended purpose by individuals capable of using fishing equipment safely and responsibly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LureLabs shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, expense, property damage, personal injury, indirect loss, consequential loss, or incidental loss arising directly or indirectly from the misuse, improper handling, modification, or inappropriate use of any product purchased from us.

However, due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting conditions, manufacturing tolerances, production batches, materials, finishes, and other factors beyond our control, the appearance of products received may vary slightly from images displayed on the website.
