Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates Standard shipping — $4.95 flat rate Australia wide. Free shipping on all orders over $45.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 3-7 business days
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post volumes and your location.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at auspost.com.au.
Missing or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch please contact us at [your email] and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.
